Ron J Cruz breathes and pens fiction in a hovel located in one of the seedier parts of Sacramento, California. While he teaches composition at Folsom Lake Community College, there are only a few vocations he hasn’t attempted. After a tour in the navy, a run through the police academy, writing for several newspapers, a stint in hell as a copy editor, years managing many random establishments (athletic clubs to laser tag arenas), time processing monetary transactions for a mutual fund company, and selling real estate after the market failed – he remembered he loved writing.
